WELCOME TO PARADISE

Your visit to Ithaca cannot be more surmised than by C.P. Cavafy, in his The Journey to Ithaka:

“As you set out for Ithaka,

hope the voyage is a long one,

full of adventure, full of discovery…

Keep Ithaka always in your mind.

Arriving there is what you are destined for…

Wise as you will have become, so full of experience,

you will have understood by then what these Ithakas mean.”

Paliabella will give you the opportunity to know what this poem means: give you the experiences of which it talks, the adventure of which it praises, the destiny of which it alludes, and most importantly, gain the meaning that knowledge, maturity, and wisdom, is life.

ABOUT PALIABELLA

This villa was born out of love for adventure, a want for the perfect haven, and simply because life in Ithaca is better than anywhere else. Built on a mountain that overlooks paradisial landscapes and utopian scenes, Paliabella is not only a place, but a feeling. All your worries will wash away, and you will be able to relish in the true meaning of life.

Paliabella has the goal to bring tourists to Greece and entice them to stay forever. It introduces them to the kind of life that is always magical and feels as though you are living a real-life fairytale. You will leave with memories that will last a lifetime, with our villa at the centre of them all.

Our philosophy at Paliabella is similar to that of its historical inhabitant, Odysseus: to be loyal is to be hospitable is to have a sense of adventure. We aim to offer you a reliable and stress-free villa that becomes a home away from home and harbours your wildest dreams.

Paliabella is located in Ithaca,

an Old Vineyard location that is home to all the wanderers of the world, and the King of Ithaca, Odysseus, himself.
